you&#8217;re the coffee<br \/>\nconnoisseur uh presumably you&#8217;re also<br \/>\nthe restaurant the restaurant visitor<br \/>\nwhat&#8217;s what&#8217;s your what&#8217;s your favorite<br \/>\nplace what&#8217;s your favorite place in maui<br \/>\nto go eat and why<br \/>\nwell my favorite restaurant on maui is<br \/>\nmama&#8217;s fish house in pahia and it&#8217;s<br \/>\nit&#8217;s been one of the top restaurants on<br \/>\nmaui since<br \/>\nthe late 70s which i think is quite<br \/>\nimpressive but<br \/>\nthe<br \/>\nscenery the view the ambiance is just so<br \/>\nincredible um it&#8217;s definitely a special<br \/>\noccasion place to go i mean it&#8217;s quite<br \/>\npricey but it&#8217;s<br \/>\nit&#8217;s worth it it&#8217;s unique and<br \/>\nthe food and service is excellent i love<br \/>\nit but<br \/>\nthere&#8217;s also a lot of other places to go<br \/>\nthat are<br \/>\nmuch more affordable as well i mean some<br \/>\nof my<br \/>\nlocal places i like to go are<br \/>\nmoku roots which is vegetarian and vegan<br \/>\nmiso fat sushi<br \/>\nthe fish market and honokua they have<br \/>\nreally fresh fish i mean you see them<br \/>\nbringing the catch of the day in the<br \/>\nfront door and chopping it up and<br \/>\nserving it and<br \/>\ncompared to going to<br \/>\num<br \/>\na like<br \/>\nnice restaurant i mean it&#8217;s really it&#8217;s<br \/>\naffordable i mean you&#8217;re basically<br \/>\nsitting on a you know little table and<br \/>\nchairs out by the parking lot but the<br \/>\nfish is amazing snowbirds lisa what&#8217;s<br \/>\nyour favorite restaurant where do you<br \/>\nwhere&#8217;s your where&#8217;s your favorite place<br \/>\nto go eat what&#8217;s what&#8217;s it for you<br \/>\nokay so um heidi mentioned mama&#8217;s fish<br \/>\nhouse because of course we have to<br \/>\nmention that it&#8217;s<br \/>\nexpensive i would say that save money<br \/>\nfor that when you go there but try it<br \/>\nbecause it&#8217;s excellent<br \/>\nand then um another good um<br \/>\nnext to the beach<br \/>\nrestaurant is specifically on the beach<br \/>\nwhich they had um<br \/>\nchange management there&#8217;s a new<br \/>\nmanagement chef um isa is excellent and<br \/>\num yeah so that&#8217;s an alternative if you<br \/>\ncan you know get the reservation at mama<br \/>\nfish house and you want some similar<br \/>\nexperience then pacifico on the beach<br \/>\ntry that<br \/>\nwhat&#8217;s your favorite diet what&#8217;s your<br \/>\nfavorite dive restaurant i&#8217;m sorry<br \/>\nwhat&#8217;s your favorite diet the most<br \/>\nexpensive but food trucks on maui<br \/>\nare great too i mean they are run and<br \/>\nowned by gourmet you know by chef<br \/>\nthat uh you get gourmet food when you<br \/>\norder so there&#8217;s one<br \/>\npod there&#8217;s so many pots now here on<br \/>\nmaui but there&#8217;s one pod in um<br \/>\nacross from costco gas station on maui<br \/>\nin kahalui<br \/>\nand they have um<br \/>\nvarious food trucks there that are<br \/>\nexcellent havens is one of them<br \/>\nthey have noodles and smash burger<br \/>\ntying me up<br \/>\neveryone knows about sign me up it&#8217;s<br \/>\nowned by somebody who was a chef<br \/>\nat mama&#8217;s fish house<br \/>\nso it&#8217;s like you&#8217;re having the food from<br \/>\nmama&#8217;s fish house here on the food truck<br \/>\nplace<br \/>\nah tie me up as a mama&#8217;s fish house chef<br \/>\nall right<br \/>\nthere you go<br \/>\none more thing that i want to mention is<br \/>\ntin roof<br \/>\nowned by the famous<br \/>\nsheldon chef sheldon<br \/>\nand it&#8217;s also close to the airport it&#8217;s<br \/>\nlike what you were saying this place you<br \/>\ndon&#8217;t even have a sitting place you just<br \/>\ngo there there&#8217;s always line there&#8217;s<br \/>\nalways people wanting to buy the food<br \/>\nbut the food is excellent so you just go<br \/>\norder and then go to a place where you<br \/>\ncan eat them some you will see on the<br \/>\nthe sidewalk people are sitting and just<br \/>\neating their food there because it&#8217;s so<br \/>\ngood but so tin roof<br \/>\nand here&#8217;s another tip you know it&#8217;s<br \/>\nquite new chef<br \/>\num sheldon and his wife actually just<br \/>\ntook over tiffany&#8217;s<br \/>\ntiffany&#8217;s is this old restaurant local<br \/>\nrestaurant here that all people or you<br \/>\nknow um<br \/>\nwhat called veteran people here on uh<br \/>\nmaui knows but now it&#8217;s<br \/>\nyou say the<br \/>\nand uh what do you call that the<br \/>\nlong-time residence<br \/>\nright<br \/>\ncome on<br \/>\nand now um<br \/>\nthey just announced or they just had<br \/>\nthis grand opening that chefs sheldon<br \/>\num is now the chef or the owner of<br \/>\ntiffany&#8217;s it&#8217;s in this in central<br \/>\nand so that&#8217;s something that if you want<br \/>\nthe place to sit down when you&#8217;re eating<br \/>\nyou know the food cooked by chef sheldon<br \/>\ninstead of just on the sidewalk then<br \/>\nthat&#8217;s an alternative i haven&#8217;t been<br \/>\nthere but i&#8217;m looking forward to trying<br \/>\nit<br \/>\nthat sounds uh man those are some great<br \/>\nsome great tips over i still i&#8217;m still<br \/>\nthinking about tying me up as the is<br \/>\nthat is the mama&#8217;s fish house chef uh<br \/>\nthat was that was a great review of of<br \/>\nof restaurants man thank you uh i hope<br \/>\nthat&#8217;s in the i&#8217;m sure that&#8217;s in the<br \/>\nbook but if it&#8217;s not put the<br \/>\nput the qr code to this segment that<br \/>\nwe&#8217;re doing right now put that in your<br \/>\nin your next book because people are<br \/>\ngoing to
